Your payment provider may authorize or capture funds when an order is submitted. Payment details are processed through secure providers and are not stored by us as complete card numbers. Orders may be paused or cancelled if authorization fails or fraud checks require review.

Taxes, adjustments, and refunds

Applicable taxes are calculated and collected as required by law; no fixed tax exemption is promised. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Provider processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
